I don't know if there is any difference, but I got my invite in the insider hub last week on Wed or Thur. I did an additional confirmation/reservation there, although I'm still waiting to officially get the invite to download. Just make sure you clear out all your notifications in the insider hub to make sure it doesn't get buried.
