Anyone else having their xp not progress?

Yes, I've been stuck at Bronze 29 and it hasn't gone up in hours despite going into 30 with the in-game tracker pretty much every game I play

Well it finally broke through that barrier but it didn't accumulate any of the 4ish hours of playtime unless that's eventually going to catch up
