It's weird to me how you say the best card in the history of a game series that's been going on for well over a decade, yet didn't even choose the best card from the most current year.

I have had 1 patch of grey since i was 20 although ive noticed more this year I blame SDS because why not?

Some of the homeruns hit by that 99 Beltran are still in the air to this day.

Aldaberto Mondesi
98 Mondesi is the only player hitting over .400 for me in online with over 100 ABs. So, therefore, unequivocally, indisputably, inarguably... he's the best.

Finest Soto is absolutely one of the best hitters in the game. I prestiged his card faster than anyone else without even really trying... but his defense / speed is passable at best.
Even with slightly less contact, I hit just as well if not better with Finest Bellinger and he has great defense and speed at 4 positions. I don't think either one would ever leave my primary ranked team, but Soto spends plenty of time as my first bat off the bench since I want speed and defense in the field. He typically only starts when I am slumping with Mantle, Trout, or Griffey Jr. While he is one of my favorites, I don't think I could consider him the best overall card this year, let alone in the history of DD.

Don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a more overrated card than this one. Could name 20 hitters who do the same and his fielding is beyond atrocious

You can’t name 20 hitters - Soto is one of those cards you have to look past attributes~. He has a lot of pci forgiveness so along with his attributes, means he usually gets a hit if your timing is on.
