Cross Progression Question

Since cross progression is a thing, Do you get Double Pre-order Bonuses on the Same Account since you have to buy the game 2x?
Or am I understanding this completely wrong?

Without a pandemic, I travel alot, so I now have an Xbox Series S since it's smaller to carry around than the Ps5.
And I have Amazon gift cards to burn

If you buy the game.foe each console you would should get pre-order bonuses for each console.

But I'm pretty sure you can use XBOX stuff on the PlayStation and vice-versa.

I think They said it's per copy of the game, so if you bought it once for Playstation and once for Xbox, you should get 2 pre-order bonuses.
