Inning programs.

Is there any way to go back and complete all the inning programs. Seems like.the max I can get to is 300 points of 1000

Generally "completing" the inning programs is 300 stars. Anything beyond that is pretty much unobtainable after the inning is over if you're starting from zero - I think 1st is the exception.
