Why is online play always so choppy. I have good internet, every other pitch my screen gets choppy when batting

Happens to me sometimes, usually it's when I'm playing early am like 2-3am and I'm matched against some guy playing in Puerto Rico or something.

Happens to me every online game. I have a good connection, but every at bat atleast 1 swing is choppy

Worse in Events but it doesn't seem to matter. Had the same issue in mlb 18
