Thought I recognized your name on the leader board.
Speaking of leaderboard. I was 10-1 on my last entry. Accidentally hit the quit/new entry button instead of leaderboard and ruined my run! Overall I'm doing better in this event than I thought I would. I know it is on HOF but it doesn't seem near as difficult/bad as the last HOF event. That was brutal!

I'm now 16-1, I did get Mike Trout as my 12 win reward on my first run

Anyone else struggling to beat literally anyone in this event? I’m 0-3 so far and all my opponents have had sub .500 records when checking after each game. Ball is dead off the bat for me. Thought getting to 16 wins would take no time at all. I’m about to just stop playing by the event and move on haha
Yep I lost to a 95 silver so someone who hasn't played that long or alot or someone who has made a second account. Didn't get beat bad but a change up down the middle when it was a perfect release that was supposed to be down and away. It hurts

I'm 5-6. Not great at all, but I was able to prestige Nick Anderson, almost have Gallegos prestige, and I'm having fun trying out different themed lineups. Games are pretty quick which helps with my limited amount of time I have to play.

I’m finding it mostly difficult but occasionally satisfying. I’m an awful hitter so I struggle with the small PCI. There are a lot of good players, and I have no problem losing to them, but I’m not good enough to always overcome late unforced errors that seem occur when I am trying to close out games.
Next year goal will be button accuracy on defence.

Just dive in now with button accuracy and play a few games using it in Conquest . It won’t take you long at all to get the hang of it and it’s essential if trying to play online against better players.

Definitly throwing Anderson in as many times as I can. I start Wood or Darvish and put anderson in to get the innings and K to prestige them.

I’ll give it a shot. I can’t get much worse. I can hang with some pretty good players pitching-wise, but I can’t hit my way out of a paper bag (just lost a ranked game 1-0 at Shippett...)
I can see I am improving when I play vs cpu. I used to struggle on all star conquest games and now can put up 8-9 runs.
Online is another thing entirely though.

Yep I hear ya. I played one event game this morning and I gave up a double to Arozarena and was able to get a strike out and then gave up what would have been a HR but some how was able to rob the HR with Brock and hold Arozarena to just taking third. Then my pitcher wood starts to loose the strike zone/ getting some boardline ball and walks 2 guys bring in fairbanks and he plungs the first guy he faces and that scores the only run of the game. I wish you could replay some webgems like robbing HR it doesn't happen that often so you wouldn't have people spamming it every single time and it would be nice to see the stat case stuff that they do for HR.

Agree....There is no reason there should be the option to watch wall scraper homeruns, yet we can't enjoy a replay of a game changing wall climb takeaway....As you said, there aren't many, so get this in the game

I just finished prestiging Anderson and am almost done with Gallegos. My record is still terrible but at least its great for presaging relievers.
