Explain My Event Results

Last night I played 4 event games and went 4-0. Granted the 2nd game the guy hit in the top of the first then quit but the other three I hit HR's in every game and I never came close to losing. The event is on HOF. I play in a League that is on AS and I can't touch the pitching and my record is like 1-7. How is it that I can hit and win in an online event on HOF and I can't touch League on AS? Baffles me.

Another thing is that in events people don't try so much with pitching so you get a lot more pitches in the middle of the zone opposed to ranked seasons or in a league.

Personally I struggle with AS and hit better on HOF. The HOF timing just works better with me. Might be the case for you as well?

I really hate that I’m stinking up the league. Going 4-0 last night was pretty gratifying for me especially for an old man lol
