It was top of the 9th and I had a huge lead and my players conceded two steals to Tatis. Did they code the game to be like this in this scenario or did I just activated that and don’t know how?

No disrespect, but I’m just saying, I think he knows how it would be scored. His concern, and I’m taking a wild guess here, would be that he would prefer the game NOT to have defensive indifference programmed in.
No matter how big a lead, it isn’t safe in this game. Especially if the game is on AS at Shippett. There is no telling home many runs a guy can put up in one inning in that situation.
Let the user throw the guy out.
