For anyone that has used the card enough to gain a perspective, is he worth the 25 win grind? I’m torn between grinding out the wins to get him or using this time to make try and make World Series in RS until the central part of the other event starts.

If you need stubs yes. I don’t think you do though. To many sp options to grind for him.

I don’t like him. He has a long slow wind up and never seems to hit the target. He’s free for getting 25 wins in a quick event though, so he’s worth the price tag of zero stubs.

I’m 3-0 with him, one person quit after the first two pitches I threw. But through 2 games, 12 innings with 12 strikeouts. Having outlier makes him useable,

I feel like they need to just get rid of the old timer windup or speed it up . I get that most pitchers pitched like that back in the day but it just doesn’t translate well in game . most people don’t wanna use a pitcher who’s wind up takes 8-10 seconds to complete like come on these games are long enough as is .

100% agree! I mean it's not like this mode is about realism.

Hitter, lefty went 7 innings, and Kenley and Hendrix’s closed it out. -
The event is really easy. At the least, you can use it as an event to prestige your finest players. I’m at 45 wins right now and I’m not the greatest player by any means. Lefty made my opponent rage quit after 6 innings of 1 hit ball.

Eh. To each their own. Although if their was a Nomo card he would be my #1 starter all day errrrrr day regardless of rating

Just buy him. If you don’t like him after 3-4 games sell him off

He's free stubs if you dont like him. Plus, events are a great way to prestige some guys. Im at 20 w's already, it seems much easier so far than the grind for belli was. I may even try to go for the pack at 50.

I just won Lefty this morning. I’m stoked. Gonna play some RS later and try him out
