No? Buying 16 77’s at around 120 stubs each would cost you less than 2000 stubs per level. Multiply that by 27 levels for the TA4 player and you’re less than 55k for the entire team TA. Not to mention the 24,500 free stubs for doing it, all the free packs and the other TA3 sellable card you’d acquire along the way. Take one hour and put in some buy orders for 75’s-79’s and you’ll be done in a few hours. Explain to me again how this would cost more than 150k? If you’re not making stubs by doing a full TA by now, you’re doing it wrong.

Depends, if you're playing most of you're games on AS Free Kluber will get the job done. easily still a top 10 pitcher. If you're going to be playing above AS Degrom, Bauer and Gibson are solid.

I completed it from scratch a couple of days ago, although I had collected all the Mets and I did the conquest map which helped. I think I spent about 5-6K per exchange using 3-4 golds and a bronze or silver and it barely made a dent in my total stub count.
Even from zero I think that would have been 125-150K not counting all the stubs and rewards you earn along the way unless my math is off.
Just noticed KingCrosby laid it out pretty well, although I used golds since I wanted to get it done faster.

Yeah that’s kind of where I was going with my comment. Theoretically you could buy 500 commons at 5 stubs a piece and it would be 2500 per exchange. Golds are just the quick was to do it

Tom Seaver is a reward in the Babe Ruth program. Walter Johnson is also an option under $150K if you can put up with his delivery.
