Who just bought the game today.

He bought the Dig Deluxe version so he already has some stubs and some players.

He wanted to know the best route to take. (Strictly offline player; but will play online if needed)

I told him to start off with the PS Program (where he'll get a TON of free Diamonds) and then the last two Monthly Awards programs.

Then to do the TN Moments.

    But after that I'm "lost'.

Would it be better for him to do the CAP Moments and Player Program Moments up to 42 pts per player (so he can get the non-sellable LS players out of the way)?

And then do the special Conquest maps (minus TA ones) and Showdown or reverse Conquest/Showdown?

Or should he do.the special Conquest Maps and Showdown BEFORE he does the Player Programs?

I can tell you that a majority of the Player Program final rewards (Inning Programs like Wood, Ripken, etc) will only be completed to get progress towards 99 Trout.

He probably won't use 90% of those cards.

Yeah, I think if he enjoys offline, I can’t think of anything better than Conquest for him. It’s very generous with stubs and packs and then he’ll enjoy doing it.

To those who suggested Conquest: are you talking about just starting with the Beginner Map and working your way to the left? (Naturally skipping the Big Map) Or just doing the Special ones like Shark, Holiday, etc?

See, I told him to do the Player Programs first. That way he can get all the non-sellable rewards locked in and can 'buy' or 'earn' the rest.

That way he isn't locking in non-sellable cards after a collection is complete.

Naturally my way won't produce alot of Program Stars, but chances are he will be playing this until.this time next year; so he had plenty of time to get stars.

I honestly would start from the left because they seem to be more packed with goods and he could get more right away. Your player program suggestion is good though. Then he can use those better cards for his conquest games.

Post season program, player programs for any players he wants. Flesh it out with run it back. That should set him up nicely to be able to compete.
