Eh don’t be man. Most of the cards are never used and just rot away. Some guys just need to collect and others just can’t field anything lower than a 99.
As I said earlier I just want piazza mostly (Carter would be extra) I don’t see spending 1m on a player
Wish I could trade one to you man
Always thought it could be a cool feature in the game but I see people exploiting it so it will never happen

It would be. Trades in Madden are basically used for guys to fund their farm accounts. Which I never for the life of me understood how the Fk you have time for 2,3,4 different accounts. Like [censored]

I learned the market a few months in and took advantage of it with all down time via my phone when out and around, etc....but I haven’t flipped in a couple months now but have every card and 8 million stubs. I bought every RIB 2 card, as well as Verlander this week( I will earn him tomorrow and can sell back), but with the stubs you earn along the way, I am further ahead....it’s crazy how many stubs they give you and it has played a huge part in the problem people are complaining about with all the top cards having a long list of buyers who can’t get them even at 1 million stubs...

Keep at it, the continuations of the event will have less “crazies” playing as they will already have the reward cards and you should be able to pick up wins easier......it won’t be a moonshot event either, so pitching will probably play a much bigger part ( I just played a game where a guy pitched Hershiser for 5 innings on me and had a 5-2 lead going into the 6th...I always struggle against Orel)....I hit 3 homers in the 6th to tie, and than scored 4 runs off two homers in the 7th to beat him, 9-5and I am not a great hitter.......this event is so boosted it’s ridiculous....

Ditto. I'm at about 3.5 million right now and debating whether or not to go for 10 million just for the Hell of it. I figure that it would take about a week of only playing one or two games per day and spending the rest of the time in the Marketplace.
Honestly, it astonishes me that more people don't make use of the Marketplace to generate Stubs. On the other hand, it's probably a good thing that it seems to be a relatively small group who generate millions via the Marketplace, lest SDS make it more difficult to do so to keep Stub sales going. For example, the number of Stubs that I have right now would cost $4,662 in the Show Shop. I sometimes think that it'd be nice if I could sell them back to SDS, but that sort of thing would almost certainly wreak absolute havoc on the Marketplace and the game overall.

Quick point for those who make derisive comments about earning Stubs in the Marketplace...
At the moment, I'm watching a show called '8 Out of 10 Cats'. It's a very funny show and doesn't require constant eye contact with the television to enjoy watching it. Said show and others provide plenty of time to be active in the Marketplace without wasting time in-game instead of playing, etc.

Well, I had over 3,000,000 and then I bought Belli, Verlander and Arrieta. I want to have enough stubs to buy anymore possible rewards. There has to be some more before Xmas, right?

i made most from roster updates and had to be at-least 2 million from selling all my dupes and some of the players i got from the ta4 it self. also i have pretty good pack luck and good investments

Yeah I Have been making 100-150k a day on the market without that much of an effort lol
BS. Flipping takes both time and effort. It also can make you a TON of stubs. But don't mislead people. It can be fun, and if you have nothing else to do in life it might not seem like much effort, but it does take time and effort.
When the game comes out, it's extremely hard to flip and earn good profits. Everyone is doing it then. I feel as the game goes on it gets easier. right now it's pretty easy to earn. But it's just not my thing. I only play an hour or two a day and don't want to be messing with buy and sell orders.

Yep. Between that and pulling 2 trouts and multiple of the high end pitcher a few months back ( after doing collections) I am just sitting on a stack. Doing the conquest for each team gives you a bunch from the map and TA. If anyone of stub poor they must not be doing it right

I have lost a few times to those pitchers. Usually 1-0 after too much alcohol or when I first wake up, but once tthe Yankees clobbered me. I could not stop them from hitting home runs. They hit like 4 in the first inning off Walter Johnson on All- Star. That never usually happens. I thought maybe the devs were messing with me lol.

I don't understand how anyone can be having trouble making stubs right now. Team Affinities, Conquests, Showdowns, RiB. There are free stubs hanging around everywhere for just playing.
At the very least, just keep doing the RiB showdown/conquests. Those packs will get you a minimum of 30K (80K+, if you get Hader). You can make a million stubs over the weekend just doing that!
