i am so tired of playing the White Sox, A's, Yankees, Cubs, Braves, and Padres, but I have made a ton of stubs doing so. Also, play all of the team conquests for free packs. Like others said, Team Affinity is a great way to make loads of stubs as well. Try to time your purchases of inning bosses right. People panic near the end of an inning and start paying crazy amounts for those cards. Don't lock in cards that you do not have to, but often it is the wise thing to do. Flipping is fine, and I do it, but not much. I would rather play the game, but even flipping silvers can make you a ton of stubs. Team Affinity made flipping even more lucrative this year as players collect cards to sacrifice to the TA gods.

I’m able to reach Spring Training each ranked seasons, so I’m 500 stubs richer each new season.

BS. Flipping takes both time and effort. It also can make you a TON of stubs. But don't mislead people. It can be fun, and if you have nothing else to do in life it might not seem like much effort, but it does take time and effort.

I have made 40k in like a half hour just now. I would call that pretty low effort. Its really easy if you find the right cards

Yeah, I feel this.
Partly I don't flip anymore because I don't need to, I have more stubs and cards then I'll ever be able to use
But also even flipping for 30 minutes now, that's a big-time commitment now that I have a job + I still have a few more classes to finish up my senior year.
It can be fun to do, but it does take a good amount of time and effort.

Flash sales, buy anything when they’re at quick sell value especially if needed for collections later on, TA3 bosses had good margins all year

It would be. Trades in Madden are basically used for guys to fund their farm accounts. Which I never for the life of me understood how the Fk you have time for 2,3,4 different accounts. Like [censored]

I learned the market a few months in and took advantage of it with all down time via my phone when out and around, etc....but I haven’t flipped in a couple months now but have every card and 8 million stubs. I bought every RIB 2 card, as well as Verlander this week( I will earn him tomorrow and can sell back), but with the stubs you earn along the way, I am further ahead....it’s crazy how many stubs they give you and it has played a huge part in the problem people are complaining about with all the top cards having a long list of buyers who can’t get them even at 1 million stubs...

Keep at it, the continuations of the event will have less “crazies” playing as they will already have the reward cards and you should be able to pick up wins easier......it won’t be a moonshot event either, so pitching will probably play a much bigger part ( I just played a game where a guy pitched Hershiser for 5 innings on me and had a 5-2 lead going into the 6th...I always struggle against Orel)....I hit 3 homers in the 6th to tie, and than scored 4 runs off two homers in the 7th to beat him, 9-5and I am not a great hitter.......this event is so boosted it’s ridiculous....

Ditto. I'm at about 3.5 million right now and debating whether or not to go for 10 million just for the Hell of it. I figure that it would take about a week of only playing one or two games per day and spending the rest of the time in the Marketplace.
Honestly, it astonishes me that more people don't make use of the Marketplace to generate Stubs. On the other hand, it's probably a good thing that it seems to be a relatively small group who generate millions via the Marketplace, lest SDS make it more difficult to do so to keep Stub sales going. For example, the number of Stubs that I have right now would cost $4,662 in the Show Shop. I sometimes think that it'd be nice if I could sell them back to SDS, but that sort of thing would almost certainly wreak absolute havoc on the Marketplace and the game overall.

Quick point for those who make derisive comments about earning Stubs in the Marketplace...
At the moment, I'm watching a show called '8 Out of 10 Cats'. It's a very funny show and doesn't require constant eye contact with the television to enjoy watching it. Said show and others provide plenty of time to be active in the Marketplace without wasting time in-game instead of playing, etc.

Well, I had over 3,000,000 and then I bought Belli, Verlander and Arrieta. I want to have enough stubs to buy anymore possible rewards. There has to be some more before Xmas, right?

i made most from roster updates and had to be at-least 2 million from selling all my dupes and some of the players i got from the ta4 it self. also i have pretty good pack luck and good investments
