CS Reward pack

HOw do you submit a ticket? Obviously this has happened to more than just me, hope they fix it need those cards.

I just opened a Wild Card pack and it has the same problem... LS cards and not postseason

This is one time not being home a push the button stream has worked out for me.
Hopefully SDS sorts this out and everyone is made whole.

Does anyone know if this affects only the packs earned in the WS Program today or does it also affect any unopened packs, that were previously earned?
I'm sitting on all the packs from the time the program dropped. Was waiting to open them once I seen what all was needed.

I just opened my division pack and it was the same way. Don't want to try the other two.

It affects the other packs too. I had opened both WC packs right after the stream and they both were all bronze/silvers. I did put in a ticket on it.

The ONLY reason they could be that high is because there is an Error in the way the pack was released. SDS is fixing it. And once the error is fixed; they'll be down to normal value.
Just because you didn't get a chance to 'exploit' the error; doesn't mean it's SDS's fault.
They could have easily 'locked' the Marketplace (like they do when a Roster Update is dropped); but they didn't.
I'd you're really concerned about stubs this late in the game; that's on you.

Update:
The Postseason choice packs should now be fixed moving forward, and since so many of you already opened them, you can now claim 1 of each for free in the Show Shop. They will be available until 9 PM PT tonight. -

Yeah, they’re worthless. So glad I sold off everything right after the stream.

Happened to me. Had 2 wild card packs in my inventory from the ws program and opened them up and had the same problem. Submitted a ticket, hopefully something is worked out. Appreciate the response though. I definitely wouldn't open any of the postseason packs atm.
