SDS Response to My Ticket

SDS responded in quick fashion, and with a willingness to help it seems which is great. But they have recommended that I cancel my buy order for Chipper, and create a new one as they try to figure out what has happened for me to be skipped over. Does this sound like a good idea? I don’t want to be thrown to the back of the “line” with over 340 orders waiting. What do you guys think?

I mean, if I were you, I would not. That would NOT be fun to lose your spot. But I would get other opinions before you choose what to do.

They have 'replaced' cards in the past.
Why couldn't they just give you a Chipper and take your stubs.

Yeah I’m gonna wait and see what the good folks on the forum have to say before I do anything. I’d be extremely pissed to be thrown to the back

Agree 100%. Either way they make the stubs, and I get the product I want. Good business

I just did. Hoping there is something that can be done to get this fixed. Trusting in SDS!!!

98 is what I have also. As I was reminded, don't forget that some will cancel their order. Really hard to tell, but it looks like roughly one cancel per sale.

It seems to be hitting people who were originally around 200 now....I was 140 and got mine Friday, people after me have slowly been getting theirs...I know quite a few pulled their orders. Of you are around 200, you SHOULD be getting in any day..
And there are 4-5 guys who got the shaft and seem to be in same boat as the OP...

Yep. I'm 64th. Have close to a mill that I could put up another order, but I'm definitely not cancelling my original one.

Stub sale. Buy another million and place another order. I bet spending real money will speed up the process
