I hate bunt cheesers

I love when I play someone who bunts. Almost a gurenteed W unless sds gets in the way.
It is super annoying though. If u suck that bad just take a bunch of bp on legend with jacked sliders. Your eye will eventually get faster plus you'll have way more fun actually hitting the ball instead of exploiting the game. -

From now on whenever you suspect a guy of bunting, do this:
- Press down on the D-pad to bring up the defensive alignment menu;
- Set the duration to "batter" (or you'll play like this for the entire game which you obviously don't want);
- Scroll to position and manually select the 2B;
- Scroll down and play him "In";
- Go back to position and now select the 3B;
- Scroll back down and play him on either "drag bunt", or "bunt defense" or "halfway". It doesn't really matter, as long as he's somewhere in between home plate and 3B.
Rinse and repeat every time a guy is up who might bunt.
The only way they can now bunt to get on base is by dropping a perfect bunt just in front of the catcher, where he'll need too much time to pick it up and throw it over. But this is a rarity.
This.
It will become muscle memory. Also, it will nerf bunting completely.
In fact, I highly suggest looking at what type of a hitter a batter is. If someone has 60 or below speed and is a pull or extreme pull hitter, I manually shift anyway. I've noticed its starting to save me some runs.

I also hate the abuse of high and tight sinkers.. But I bet you use those at every opportunity don't yah?? I love drag bunting this year.
Not really. I tend to throw sinkers down and away or down and in. If I mess up the timing they may end up high in the zone for a ball or right down the middle and my opponents usually capitalize on it.

I only have two speed guys in my lineup and if I want to bunt them on base you bet your [censored] I will. There job is to get on base at any cost. It’s called “setting the table” in baseball world maybe you've heard of it?
But I will not load a team up to bunt all game long every at bat that’s just stupid
-
I’ll lay down a bunt from time to time. I don’t think that’s cheese at all to bunt when your opponent is sleeping on it. I try not to make a habit of it, but if I’m in a spot where I need a base runner, Cobb is at the dish, and your second baseman is picking his nose at the edge of the infield you bet I’m laying down a bunt.

I have been doing this a few months ago and I have an update for step2 that I have just found out today.
You can actually set the shift to a certain batting order by selecting their name on the top option(forget what it is call)rather that you don’t need to do all the steps again when you face him next at bat.

That’s why I hate, bunting every AB with speed guys.

I’m not against bunting because I grew up in the 80’s when it was a big part of the game.
I do hate though when you play someone that is REALLY good at it and can bunt successfully even when you bring in the 3rd & 2nd basemen...That’s extremely frustrating.

Usually guys that try to rely on bunt cheesing aren’t very good. So I just ignore the bunting and go full try hard tryna mercy them

The only thing I didn’t do was to bring the 3rd baseman in. Thanks for the tips.
I honestly don’t know why do they do that. I understand bunts are part of the game and there are situations where you want to drag one against the shift or to simply get on base. But using Brock, Carew and bringing in Gwyn and Lofton off the bench just to do that? It’s pathetic
No its not. It's part of the game and always has been. Its Baseball not HR derby.
Get over it. -

Same bro! I can be really good for an inning....maybe another inning. But I struggle putting quality multiple innings together! Like I’ll have a great at bat and work a walk, then I’ll swing at the first pitch next at bat.

I have a huge problem with PCI placement, I refuse to go back to directional because I know if I learn to place it better I will become a very good hitter.

Well in that case you'll lose every game you play, because the only remedy for those high sinkers is to hit them hard so they stop throwing it, which you probably don't do too well assuming by your comments.. but your bunt game will be shut down by people who know how to play this game.
Tell that to my Lou Brock batting .443 in over 200 Ab

Get over it.So "bunting" is more common in baseball than HR's now? I have heard it all.
