I have a 32" samsung with 4ms response time. I think the smaller you go, the better (not below 24 though), also use a 4ft HDMI, it quickens things a bit. I went from TV to monitor and my game improved (but not by much cuz I suck).

I use a 27" when I'm at home in the Netherlands and a 24" when I'm in Texas. It doesn't really matter imo, it both works fine.

24" is optimal for The Show imo.
