Anybody use this card vs the CPU? I had him in my inventory and gave him a go for a daily Houston IP. Seemed like the CPU couldn't figure out the splitter at all. Against the Reds on HOF for the Votto program, 19k no hitter.
Obviously any pitcher vs CPU can be great but they really seemed like they couldn't lay off the splitter. Just wondering if anyone else uses him the same way, or maybe this was an outlier. He seems like he would suck online though.

I'll use Scott in that game.I always mix all the pitches in each pitchers arsenal. I did the same with him. But the one thing that I noticed was the futility that the CPU hitters had when dealing with his splitter. Threw them below the zone and they just kept flailing at it.

I've been using him as my #3 in the rotation and you're right, the Splitter eats up the CPU.

Real players can check swing your life away against the low splitter. He can be good, but there are better options. If you hang his splitter it feels like it floats.

I’ve used him a fair amount versus the CPU. He’s been good. I used him for a bit during my babe Ruth program run.
