How do I change my username ???
*Head to the Settings option from your home screen.
*Enter the Account Management menu and then select Account Information.
*Choose Profile, and then the Online ID option within this menu.
*Enter whatever you’d like to change your PSN ID to, but remember to ensure it meets Sony’s terms and conditions. A tick will appear by the name if it's available for you to use.
*Click Confirm and you’ll then be given the option to change how friends see and identify you on PSN. You can choose to show just your new online ID, or to show your new ID with the old one in parenthesis at the end. Choose whichever you wish.
*You’ll then be signed out of PSN. Sign back in with your email address and password as usual, and you should now have successfully changed your PSN ID.

Yup, same thing. PS4 username is the same. At least I am 99.99% sure.
