Have any of you guys used Rich Gossage... If so, What do u think?

I personly have not used him, but i hear hes great. what do u guys think? Is it worth it to do events to get him?

I've only used him a little bit, but he lives up to the hype and is clearly the #1 right-handed reliever in the game imo.

Way better, though I don't have experience with either on HoF yet, but Gossage plays on all-star, Jansen gets shelled.

I mean if you are locking him in anyway, might as well try him and out and see if you like him

Would u think that putting Foxx behind the dish would be risky, because of that 72 fielding going down to the 60's?

If his hitting is worth more than runs given up behind the plate he's worth it.

So it depends if you like his swing.

Back to Gossage, he is absolutely worth it and light years ahead of Jansen. Slurve is very effective as a strong secondary pitch and change and sinker are very usable. Then the 102 MPH is in the other guys head so use the secondaries to keep him honest. Gossage also has high stamina to go multiple innings if needed.

I started Foxx as my catcher ion RS for the first time yesterday. His blocking was... suspect. In over 150 RS games, I've never had so many passed balls.

I think if you don't routinely throw in the dirt with low pitches, Foxx is fine, but he can be a liability if you do.

(His bat is the real deal, though.)

I sold him as quickly as humanly possibly when I saw the prices were still 400K+

Same here. Jansen gives up bombs left and right. A 1, 2 punch of goose and Dibble is pretty solid.

He's very good, but his bb/9 and subpar control can lead to some long ABs

He is lights out for me.........
