Anyone have the screen go black except for the strikes zone outline?

Happening on just 1 of my 2 PS4s, what might causing that?

It was pretty common earlier this year. Often happened in showdown, as a matter of fact. There are a couple videos of people beating the final showdown of the 1st inning, I think, in the blackout environment.
No fixes, just a random error.
