Is this where you draw the line for realism in the game? Lol
Bro, there are very few things that are realistic in this game. Just roll with it, man. Sit fast ball and adjust. That’s all I can tell you.

I can hit it but I can't fn beat it lol.i have lost 19-20 an just now 20-20....my problem is I been trying to do this since it dropped an still haven't been able to do it...I can beat the first 3-4 but I skip ahead if I have 8 runs going in I could see myself getting 13 with a good try an certain people on my lineup like mvp trout, diamond Gary Sanchez, an a couple of others I hit well with but ya it's tough an I usually do showdowns pretty well

Once you get to him as the final boss, try the extreme moment against him. I built a team with the same players I had in my showdown team. I kept hitting in the first inning and restarting the moment until I got a really good feel for him. Then I jumped into the showdown and crushed him.
Take as many pitches as you can, he's wild and will walk a lot of guys plus you don't boost his confidence by swinging and missing at pitches out of the zone.
Contact boost with 2 strikes, contact boost down the middle and any exit velo boosts are good perks.
Yes it also kinda pissed me off that he was still hitting 102 on his 200th pitch in showdown.
