I got disconnected while a bunch of my cards were selling on the marketplace. I was able to get back in, but I longer have the cards and I didn’t get payment for them. Well this issue get fixed or do I need to submit a ticket?

Unlocked the Astros TA 4 finest card (Tucker), now he isn't in my inventory. His price has dropped 30K, hope they make it right (They usually do, not too worried about it).
