My sample size is too low. So far I say yes, but everyone is different in their approach. I use more offspeed pitches with most pitchers, so with Sale there are adjustments to be made. Guys hit fastballs. You have to place them well. -

Kluber, Seaver, [censored] Paxton, Prime Noah, and fifth has been a revolving door. I’m going to try out Kershaw, Scherzer, and Maddux soon.
I hate Walters release. Did not like Nolan, King Felix or Grienke. Wood is good but nothing spectacular -

SaleThose top 6 I have most confidence is, but I mix in ( Prest Johnson, Prest Maddox, Seaver) ....Syndegard and Whitley are my non 99s that get some spot starts.
So as you can see, I enjoy using many different starters ( and you don’t see Kluber as I can’t bring myself to use him after seeing him a zillion times)

Hard to say, I use 7-8 SP in my rotation because I leave my starters in the game as long as possible. Currently switching SS Sale, HW Seaver, Prestige Hersh, SS Maddux, SS Glavine, Prestige Paxton and occasionally SS Newhouser as my main starters.
I also infrequently use prestige Leiter, prestige Oswalt, Prime Denny Martinez, FS Brady Singer and anyone else I feel like throwing out there, if they have stamina. I’ve gotten sick of MadBum, Leiter, Grienke, Kluber, Ryan and many more, to the point I’ll probably never use them regularly again. Every year I have a pitcher I develop an irrational and savage hatred for, last year was Kershaw (Not for the first time, he was the first pitcher I hated back in ‘16 when I started playing), this year was Kluber, even though I didn’t struggle to hit him like I did Kershaw. It’s just something about seeing the same pitcher time after time. A more rational hatred would be Walter Johnson, I can’t stand his wind up and I can’t hit him to save my life.

The main thing is you have to sit on the fastball because of the Outlier so it makes his sinker/off speed actually competitive/difficult even though he has a pretty basic pitch mix.
