Usually it's Friday's around 2:00 central time, unless there is a special update like a new program or something similar that they may coincide the roster update with.

Honestly bro you're not missing much about the last roster update it's the laziest I've seen yet half of the players aren't even in the right positions for god sakes Lord gurriel. Jr at shortstop still and is everybody knows he hasn't played shortstop for over a year and still Sony San Diego can't figure that out this game frustrates the hell out of me sometimes it's got so much potential but it always fails to live up to it

Yeah they seem to forget about the jays.. havent updated romano's velo. Still no dolis, yamaguchi, zeuch. Kirk and Perez made mlb debuts so hope they add them all soon so i can start a franchise
