Yes, that Santana card and Moncada dont have the best Att's but they hit the ball so hard.

Rollins ss
Mantle cf
Dylan Carlson Lf
Posada catcher
Cap 2b
Chipper 3b
Sandoval 1b
Right field I would then use anyone you like the best. Like walker trout etc -
