Error Connecting on TSN Site

Everytime that I have logged in on my computer on theshownation website and tried to access the community market, I get a prompt stating, "There was an issue connecting your account to the MLB 20 Servers. Please make sure you have played the game first before trying again." Anyone know how to fix this problem? This problem only started occurring within the last couple weeks, never had a problem accessing the site before.
