Do we need to link our account again or is it okay if our twitch account was already linked to mlbts19 ?

Check your My Account page. It'll have a section on it telling you if your accounts are currently linked.

Rookie to the twitch drop thing... what do you have to do to earn them? Watch the streams live? Enter a code? I linked my accounts but it can't be that easy right?

As long as you properly linked your accounts, yes it is that easy.

As long as you properly linked your accounts, yes it is that easy.
As long as you link your account AND watch the twitch live streams if/when they happen.
That being said, I haven't been paying attention. are they doing them again for 20? I assume yes

Yes, the developer streams have mlb '20 drops, next one is Feb 20th.

All you have to do is watch the stream live on twitch, only on twitch. then the packs will appear in your inventory, cept for these- they will be in your inventory in the show 20 game. when it releases.
