After 4 straight years....

Of playing DD religiously.....i FINALLLY figured out how to work the market, specifically buy orders and sell orders for excess players. Can’t believe it took me this long, what a changer....I’ve completed 8 team collections alone in the last 30 minutes realizing how many stubs i can save and gain by these orders. Oh happy day

It is the only way to have a NMS team in the game. You have to do the card flipping.

Any tips? This is my 1st year on dd (5th on the show) & I haven’t really researched how to flip cards or bidding and stuff like that.

It's not always this easy. When there's not a stub sale, and there's not a lot of loose stubs, margins are tight. Lots of checking and updating, and for me I'm looking at 1000 profit per transaction. Right now it's a perfect storm, and I won't work anything less than 2000 profit, with numerous orders bringing in more.
Happy hunting in the market.

I swear if it weren’t for showdowns I wouldn’t have any where near the stubs that I’ve had,and still do have.

Nope. Investing is far superior.

This is why I’ll never be NMS. Have ZERO desire to spend time on a baseball game NOT playing baseball.

Its not the only way I havent poured any money into this game and have all the end game cards oh wait I'm up to 6 trouts and have pulled at least 2 of the other expensive diamonds. And my name isn't even Ramone

I think this year, you don't actually have to flip. I've refused to do it because there is nothing more boring and just found so many stubs sitting everywhere in the game.

I realized that I should do the early events and never lock the cards in. Sold Brooks Robinson for 100k last week because of that
I scooped up 4 Brooks Robinson's and Rookie King Felix's for 8k stubs knowing they would be rare and hoping they'd go up in price. I didn't think they'd go up this much. I lucked out.

Having spent no time flipping and no money on this game I can say with confidence that this statement is unequivocally false.
