Players From Ruth Program Not Collectable DEVS

The Awards Longoria, Sever, Ruth can't be used to make progress towards Trout and the Hoffman Signature Series is also not able to be collected. That's messed up. This needs to be changed ASAP!

I heard this a while ago on Reddit. I would expect them to be added
