Anything before the 6th inning had to have the voucher to complete it.
So ... you could complete it.
Thanks for playing.
You could complete it for more stubs than it's worth, that doesn't count. It's a dumb way to do it. It essentially means you cannot complete it because it's not worth it to do so.

You can't not count it just because you don't like it.

It's not about not liking it, it's about you'd have to spend more than it is worth, which means essentially it's useless.

I love the Timed Programs... there are tons of programs on here that aren't timed... personally I want the monthly timed missions to return for 20... I loved those in 18 especially since you had to use different cards, play different teams on different difficulties and those missions allowed for a variety between playing against other players or just playing vs CPU and playing various modes of the game... everyone can't complete everything.

Narrator: "It counts".
The question wasn't "Is there a way to do it that gives me the warm and fuzzies inside?"
The question was "Is it possible?"It is.
Game.

So then buy the one card you want if you don't want to spend the stubs on the voucher.

I think we can all agree that the voucher is really only useful for people wanting a headstart on the newest program, not for people trying to complete an old one though.

First off, the original question or statements said was, it isn't possible to finish programs before the 6th inning now that dailies are going for the current program. That is false, if you do moments, conquest, and collections you can get 300 stars for any Inning program.
Secondly, at this point in the game, if you focus on completing the 11th inning instead of the older programs, you can sell what you get out of the packs and have stubs to get any program card that you want. I am at 1448 stars for the 11th inning and have made over 500K stubs from completing it, you can get any inning reward with that and then some.
Thirdly, I will agree using a voucher at this point in the game's life cycle is stupid since you can just use stubs to buy the 50K card you want.
Lastly, if you think about Fortnite and Modern Warfare and their "seasons" they have items that are only attainable if you leveled up in that specific season, those items are never released again. We are lucky there is a community market for these cards and that we can get them well past our "seasons" end dates.

Hey, I wasn’t taking sides. I was just saying the voucher is meant for people to use at the start of a new program, and is pretty useless after the program has been out a while. I agree that its still possible to complete old programs, albeit not worth it at all.

Simply put, I don't want to have to buy cards to complete programs. They did say you could earn these cards for free simply by playing the game and doing the daily exchanges. If they weren't timed, and you could select which program you want to work on, ala 16, then I wouldn't have brought it up.
If you want to pay for cards, more power to you. I don't. Don't sit there arguing semantics with me. I simply want timed programs gone. You either agree or you don't. Simple as that. Yet people have to be smart ar$es and derail the thread with their own petty superiority complexes.
-
Then complete them on time using other methods. Once the time period ends, your options become limited.
Be happy that they're "limited" and not "non-existent".
