Thought this card was removed from the game?
I know of you completed the Pirates' TA before he got accused, and you didn't ask to have the card replace with AS Cole, you would still have the card in your inventory.
But I just played someone I'm be and he had the TA version in his pen.

They stopped rewarding us with that card, but they didn't take it from you if you already had it.
