Arm and speed are both way to low. He was a member of the 30-30 club so it's not like he is slow. He is basically a faster but less power Trout irl. He should also have a 99 bowling rating.

His arm in 18 was pretty weak and then they jacked it up to I think 99 last year. I remember them even talking about it in a stream. No idea why they dropped it down again. I get why some attributes move up and down year to year but what happened in the 19 season to cause arm strength to drop?

It's pretty obvious they're nerfing his attributes just to keep him at an 89 OVR, which is criminal.
