Green throw error

Grounder to banks, green throw meter and he threw the ball away at first and it cost me the game. Happen to anyone else?

I’ve had the 1st baseman drop it for an E3 but never thrown it away after a green throw meter.

Is your first baseman actually a first baseman? I tried using Jazz Chisholm at first in one of my dumber ideas (the game said he had 70 fielding there!) and he dropped a ball and let one just zoom by his head before I moved Posey to first.

Biggio always overthrowing second and first for me... i dont want to bench him because he hits well
