I’ve never done one but I need the points to get the 300 for the boss pack I’m at 225. Any advice on best way to go about it?

You def should do it and revisit other maps, some have great hidden rewards.

As for as strategy for the newest one, just take out the Phillies second turn to give yourself a ton of open space, and then just keep taking open spaces until you get a ton of reinforcements every turn

Get the steal fans out of the way first turn then only play the games that are strongholds. Sim the rest. You’ll be done quick.

Does simulating vs actually playing matter or make a difference?

It’ll save you a lot of time to sim all games except for stronghold games

The first thing to do is just cover as much free space as you can, as every 3 gets you 1 Reinforcement Fan next turn. Then Steal Fans, at the very least to get the Goal completed but for the first couple turns you can do it more to help out. Once you have a sizable amount of fans just make barriers to make sure you don't get overran and then just pile the rest of them on one tile and charge for the nearest enemy base.

It's not worth playing the tile vs tile matchups unless you are in a tight situation and don't want to risk losing more fans.

I usually try to secure as many hexagons as possible so I can get more of a fan base. But this last time, I tried to steal strongholds as fast as possible and then worried about the rest of the map.
Should be able to conquer all 4 (I think) on All-Star reasonably fast.

Does the difficulty settings make a difference in the rewards?

check out YouTube to give you a visual aid on how to complete it quickly. I would suggest stealing Phillies fans on AS first turn (i think thats the closest team) take them out after that. Sim every game but the strongholds. Then go back and do every other conquest map for the rewards. Difficulty doesn't effect your rewards as long as you meet all the goals. Its also a good way to grind out TA stages too.

Supposedly so with better post game rewards. But those are about hopeless anyways lol.
It gives you more fans when you play on a higher difficulty while in the stealing fans phase.

So I had trouble with the big map at 1st. I tried to rack up squares to gain fan base but would end up in a long slog of slowly losing ground. Take the closest stronghold as soon as possible, like first turn if possible, then make you're way to a corner. Knock out these opponents as early as you can before they have time to gain strength. You'll have to win some games on high difficulty at 1st but it's not that bad.

Also higher difficulty pulls better rewards, I've pulled some diamonds after wins.

Quick update. I beat the map fairly easily got a ton of packs just pulled an Arenado from a regular show pack. Thank you for all the advice.

Like stated earlier go do the rest of the maps, if you thought the big map was easy the rest are a cake walk. Plus you get a lot better rewards.

Nope, If there was a hidden reward on a hexagon you get it whether you play or sim.

Just jump in and do one. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be kicking yourself for passing it up all this time.
