End Of The Month Report July 2020:

    Red Sox:

Over the past week both Eduardo Rodriguez & Collin McHugh suffered season ending injuries. The Red socks also pulled off a massive 3 team deal with the Dodgers and Angels. In this deal. The Red Sox sent J.D. Martinez, Robinson Leyer, Yario Munoz & Trevor Hildenberger to the Dodgers. The Dodgers sent Dustin May, Tony Gonsolin & Brusdar Graterol to the Red Sox. They also send Joc Pederson, Kike Hernandez and Ross Stripling to the Angels. The Angels send Patrick Sandoval & Taylor Ward to the Dodgers. They also send Julo Teheran to the Red Sox. Teheran & Gonsolin will immediately join the big league club with everyone else sent to tripple A. The Red Sox are still 11 games back.

Let's Look At Other Trades the Last Week:

The Royals acquire Ender Inciarte from the Braves in exchange for Johnathan Bowlan & Brandon Marklund. The Royals also sent Adalberto Mondesi to the Diamondbacks for Kristian Robinson & Luis Frias. The Nationals acquire Austin Nola from the Mariners for Matt Cronin K.J.. Harrison & Jackson Cluff. Lastly the Mets acquire Joey Wendle from the Rays for Brian Dozier & Jake Marisnick. That does it for trades before the deadline.

IL: Marlins lose Garrett Cooper to a fractured hand. Mariners will be without Shed Lobg because of a torn finger Ligament. The Nationals lose Howie Kendrick for the season on a fractured forearm. Yan Gomes will also be out briefly with a concussion. Scott Kingsley of the Phillies will also be out the season with a dislocated ankle.

    Pitchers Of The Month:

    Zack Greinke & Aaron Nola.

    Players Of The Month:

    Niko Goodrum & J.D. Martinez.

    Rookies Of The Month:

    Luis Robert & Taylor Trammell.

    Looking At The Standings:

The 71-38 Yankees have a stranglehold on the AL east. The Indians are holding on in the Central 62-48 but the Twins have closed the gap to one game. The Angels sit 5 games above the Astros in the wesr 61-44. The wildcard belongs to the Twins and Astros but my Red Sox are right there. The Nationals lead the east 61-50 but the Phillies are hanging around back 5 games. Likewise the 68-42 Reds have 5 games in the central. The Dodgers sit 75-36 and are very comfortable 15 games up. Cubs & Padres own the wild card.

Moving into the dog days of August can my Red Sox mount a comeback after being sellers at the dealine? Ill be playing every game from here out do updates will be less frequent.

30 teams. 10 play off spots. Who will survive?
