If nothing else, the play is to wait due to stub sales and upcoming big collection reveal. Prices going to be up for a bit as people rush to get stubs/cards for these. Eventually will drop but we are kind of in unknown market territory this year given the late start to the season and whatnot. Things might become normalized due to updates happening again but it also might just be too late in the season to matter.
