That's one hell of an accomplishment. Congratulations. I'm currently 46 cards away from having all of the market cards. It's something I will continue to chip away at, but it's fine if I never get there. I could probably afford to buy half of them right now, but it's tough to pull the trigger on some of those golds like Steve Garvey going for 35K when I know I'll never use them. Even with the game cycle basically over, I'm still a cheapass at heart. I'd rather keep a stockpile of stubs available in case I want to try anyone I don't have on a whim.

This is a little off topic, but the post got me thinking. While I can't really complain about card content since SDS killed it this year, it would have been nice if some of the BR legends like Michael Young had lower level cards in the game. I assume it was by design to keep the value of those guys high, but they could have used Matt Williams as a model (98 WS reward and 86 AS Card). They kind of did that with Jacksons 88 Hardware, although I thought for sure we would also get a PS Yankee version.
It would have been nice to use some of those guys in team builds, but I could never bring myself to spend so many stubs on one guy just because he was a BR reward. The stats just don't justify the cost.

This is a very good point. A 2005 Michael Young card would’ve been nice at some point.

How do you figure? I listed him as a card I didn't own. I also implied that he can't be purchased, which is true.

Yeah I know, I was just saying that because I thought you were trying to get all the rest of the cards in that link. And obviously you can’t really get the Vazquez card now, so I wouldn’t blame you if you just didn’t count it.

Update (b/c I know everyone cares)
Andruw Jones purchased a few days ago for 200,001 (Don't feel like grinding the Event and I had the stubs to blow anyway).
Brings the total Legend/FB amount to 14,814,970.
Also finished a bunch of Team Affinities (only BOS left), adding 6 additional non-purchasable cards.
