Vision/ Contact PCI size ranges

So I heard that this year contact has more effect on PCI than vision? Can anyone confirm if this is true? I dont usually go after guys with less than 90 vision because the PCI is too small for me when I get into HOF difficulty online. I'm not the best PCI placer AT ALL..

Contact effects the inner pci, vision the outside. Contact is more important yes

I see I see thank you. I only have the inner PCI turned on anyways so don't care how big the outer one is since anything hit in that zone is a pop up or foul anyways.
