Hey guys, just out of curiosity who have you been using for your CAP's batting stance? I have been using Chipper 08' and Cano's but I feel like there's better swings out there. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you are using him as a switch hitter? I have tried several including Mondesi, Chipper, Mathews and even Posey but I found out who were some of the generics were and All Star 127 is Mark Teixera. I have been using that one and hitting better with him than anyone. You just need to find one that works for you. Teixera was last in the game in 2016 and I hit good with that card and its still a good swing/stance now.

I’ve heard people using Dylan Carlson’s swing. I’ve always hit great with Chipper so I use him but make it a 2-handed swing

Do you feel your switch hitting CAP hits better when he uses the swing of a switch hitter?

Yes I do feel that way. For whatever reason when I have used guys like Mathews or even McCovey who only hit left handed, it hasn't translated to success right handed. Last year I used Chipper all year with success but its not working this year. One year I used Jimmy Rollins swing with good success. This game always has players that may work for you but not me and vice versa. Last year I sold McCovey to buy Foxx and I couldn't hit my way out of a paper bag with him despite all the rage he was getting on the forum. You just have to try swings out and at least give them 100 AB's to see if they are working for you.

I'd recommend using the swing of a card you're comfortable with. I used Harper's which translates OK as a righty.

I’ve been using Hunter Renfroes , my CAP bats 350 and even though Renfroe is a righty I still feel I hit better from the left side
