Pitchers Hitting Logic

I am in my 5th season with a SP, and my hitting ratings are good for a pitcher (31 con and 16 pwr before equipment/relationship boosts) Why can I barely hit the ball out of the infield, but I face pitchers who drive it in the gap, or almost hit a home run with 0-5 contact and power? Yes I am getting good timing, and the ball is in the PCI. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Not sure. But why are CPU pitchers the hardest out in the lineup? Ridiculous.

I can't strike out the opposing pitcher for the life of me, either in RTTS or Diamond Dynasty. Weird.

Right. It should be the easiest K of the lineup.
