Stock Market Theories

When i invest i try to be as safe as possible. For the team affinity i bought a boatload of diamonds that were either at or near quick sell prices. Sds throws a wrench into a lot of things even though i didnt expect them to do what they did. Also i never quicksell anything or do the exchanges. I remember a couple of years ago there was a mauer program that required minor league staduims. Well a week before i quick sold all them for 30 to 40k in stubs. If i would have held them i would have made an easy 400k atleast by selling. You cant trust the system or predict when they are going to throw you for a loop.

I do believe they have an algorithm. Many times I've posted the lowest buy now price and when the page loads back up I'll see that all of a sudden I've been leapfrogged. Examples I see often are if I post 1289, then I'll see 1285, 1280, 1275, 1270.....I don't think that happens organically.

There are millions of people playing this game. There's no computer placing orders randomly -
I see what you’re trying to get at, but I don’t think that’s the case. Fifa has also been doing this for years, but they do if for extinct cards that when they list like 15 on the market at once it drives the market up or down depending on the context

This is what I was going to mention. FIFA does this, where all of a sudden there will be pages of fresh in forms, or special cards, all listed at once. It's their way of controlling the market.

Provide your theories, Let me tell you what i think is really going on. Ive notice the game has the power to "Flash sale" prices, out of nowhere prices drop by the thousands. This is where my theory begins. The show floods the market with hundreds of players that never existed lowering the prices forcing gamers to rush sale players or lose thousands. Just like real currency. you add money value of money goes down. the 2nd part of this theory were seeing now. all of a sudden every card jumps by 10,20, even 30k all in an afternoon . Could it be just like the flash sale adding players the show is doing the opposite buying hundreds of players back, jacking up the prices. just like real life how do you increase the value of currency . you take a large chunk off the market and destroy it.... The Games are fixed (not as bad as last year ) and could it be the market is fixed as well. give me your thoughts .
And this is how Trump got elected
The market is a Soros/SDS collab conspiracy

It seems to random that all this happens. I find it hard to believe the amount of transactions that are happening. Some will have 100 purchases in one hour. Some cards that should be obsolete are still over saturated. I don’t believe for a second that sds doesn’t move the market how they see fit for profit

to believe out of no where a thousand players just started spending all there stubs on players who aren't even in the event, causing players across the board. not just 1 or 2 but 15-20 to go up 20-30,000 stubs over night, doesn't make any sense when the prices dropped hardcore fort he last 2 weeks .

Why not? Prices dropping hardcore for two weeks doesn't mean they should continue to drop, eventually it reaches a point where it bottoms out.
And as I described before, panic buying and selling can have major changes. Once the prices bottomed out, they started to rise someCoincide that with the start of a new ranked season, a new event, and the Honus collection looming, and you have the makings of a market price explosion, like what happened.
People always believe, whether in real life or in virtual markets that the status quo will continue, since prices are going down over two weeks they "must" keep going down right? But that's flawed logic, it doesn't have to just because it has been.

Over a couple days prices gradually going up maybe . but sky rocketing in a couple of hours. during a stub sale we might see this, but there not on sale , where's all the money come from flooding the market? by design the prices avg themselves out. if there's a difference of 10k between buy and sell. Sellers swarm and cut prices until the price is cut to a profit of around 15%, we see it everyday. but it appears the sellers re framed from selling . to allow the price to go sky high. unusual. The thought of them increasing prices shouldn't be that far fetched. They have the ability to lower prices by 10ks .

I always wonder about this stuff like how certain inputs affect the market but I am not too bright in the head so I usually end up staring off into space for 15 mins and coming to no conclusion

If this is a George Soros reference, this is by far the most impressive post in the history of MLB the Show.

i imagine jaw down, mouth open to catch a fly, tumbleweeds in the brain, perhaps a dusty cough to recompose yourself back to reality again all the while having no clue if a new 99 is gonna drop and ruin all of your current investments lollll
