I wanted to take Sanberg at Gold 1 to upgrade second base, but with the 99 Jackie which do you all think is the better second baseman.
2nd Basemen
Sandberg has the worst swing in the game for me. Try him out everyone is different. Did you take a catcher in Posey yet? Or do you not need a catcher?
For me personally, whenever a 99 Jackie is dropped it’s my favorite card in the game. Even since MLB 17 he’s my favorite and I like his swing way more than Sandberg. Jackie can do everything and play more positions
CAP at 2nd for me. Not a fan of the 2B options so far. Plus, a maxed out, power hitting CAP at second is nuts - the CAP has over 100 contact and power on both sides, 80-something speed, and great vision.

I have Torre at Catcher.
I have both, i prefer Jackie, attributes are similar but Jackie has a better swing, & more speed.

Sandberg has been one of my best hitters. It is interesting how cards play play so differently for different users.
Biggio has been my choice for awhile. If you have him I'd strongly suggest him there. Failing that, what about Didi?

I have Brujan right now, 2nd is really my position to upgrade.

I picked Sandberg as my second high-diamond in the exp reward path, and regretted it. Terrible swing. Picked up Jackie and never turned back.
I’m doing better with sandberg then biggio sandberg by far is my best hitter and my lead off with good speed

Similar, but I went contact 2B. 89/79 power. 113 contact on both, 102 vision, 93 speed and diamond defense with over 90 in all attributes defensively.

Sandberg is a better defender than Robinson. But honestly I take both so I throw Sandberg at 3rd because his arm is better and put Robinson at second and pray he doesn’t have to move a lot to make plays because he doesn’t field well on the move.
Crazy how split the community is on Sanberg, I personally like him a lot! Not a big power guy but I feel like he just slaps base hits all over the field. I liked him enough to slide him over to third when I picked up the new Cano card.
If you have stubs youre willing to use, the Cano card is nuts.
I took Sandberg with my first choice out of that group. He's pretty solid for me! Got Jackie in now just to change it up. jackie's a bit faster but other than that I can't really tell a difference.
I’ve tried several people at 2nd but no one compares to 97 Cano. He is a cheat code. Best player I’ve used and I’ve unlocked most of the TA 3 players and have Sheffield.

Yeah between the two choices, Jackie is best. But Cano is ridiculous too, even better than the Griffey from the collection.
