Hate to say it but it feels like 50-50 games are decided by the computer

Especially on all star with the way the game plays its really tough for me to get back into it. Won 11-5 yesterday and get 2 and 1 runs today in losses when I’m still hitting decent to above average. It’s time to revamp the hitting engine. I know we’ve all seen this before but hopefully SDS gets the memo. We’ll see in the Beta

Lol at anyone that thinks SDS actually cares about feedback in Beta. They do what they want regardless of what the player base asks for. This years product was a direct result of that.

So your 11 run win yesterday was an example of not being decided by the computer..... but your losses today are? If one is decided by the computer, the other must also be decided/influenced. It just sounds like an example of "when I win its skill, but when I lose it's the game" You probably did not intend for it to sound that way, but that is the way it reads.

Obviously this is a split in the community and a complicated issue. I just don’t want SDS to go the road of bs content over gameplay EA. I post a decent amount about it because I want to spread awareness from a player who fell in love with the show in 2012 and into a baseball gaming culture that hadn’t changed since slugfest or the bigs. I love the game and SDS and want it improves. As to the post. I’ve posted maybe 10 times about it this year and I have about 50 other posts if not more and over 250 comments on the forum so no I wouldn’t qualify that as all the time. Merry Christmas though folks and SDS thank you for bringing back baseball gaming

MLB has always been different from nba or nfl. Best team doesn’t always win cuz of randomness

This is SUCH a bad response. The worse team ALWAYS loses. Always. The reason why the Orioles beat the Yankees occasionally is because the team didn't play well, NOT because they got screwed and lined out all game. This logic makes no sense to me.

Did you read my comment? I said that yes, occasionally the better team loses because they didn't play well on the day, therefore making them a worse team ON THAT DAY. You will NEVER see a team lose because they lined out all game.

No, I read it. I am saying that baseball can be random and sometimes a bloop is better than a harder liner at someone. So you can lineout and get hit hard, but end up losing on a bloop. I have seen no hitters where there were a bunch of hard liners or good plays being made.

I think it's a little of both. There are defintely people out there who create a narrative in their head when facing an opponent that they are the "superior" players. But there are also a lot of players who have legitimate gripes
