Bug- Server Issues

Does anyone else Experience this: I can’t play any online game modes since I bought the game. I’ve only played conquest/showdown/player programs because every time I try to play, for example, ranked seasons, it tries to find opponent then says the server has closed your game session.
I’ve created a ticket with support and they told me to just restart my ps4 and haven’t responded since. Frustrated because I don’t believe it’s a connection problem on my end, I use a LAN cable and have perfect connection, no problem with any other game

I had some problems right out of the gate, but the only server problems come when my wifi or my opponents internet connection acts up. I've played well over 300 games online
