All Star and below pitchers

Obviously some HoF/legend and All star are like night and day.
Some cards perform lights out on HoF but get lit up on All star
Problem is , majority of users will never make HoF difficulty.
So who do you consider a good All star pitcher?
What pitches you look for? Hard throwing ? Hard breaking curveballs ? Or ...

Break then Velocity. I've been most successful with Lodolo; It seems anything beyond the 5th inning, you're pressing your luck; I pound them with a new reliever for the last four innings.

I feel like you can do well with anyone in all star if they have decent velocity and good control. I am in all star ranks and do well with Oswalt
-
I care less about velo and more about break/control on All-Star. You don’t consistently blow heat by anyone decent on lower difficulties.

Oswalt and Kluber have been good. Clarke Schmidt is also a solid option. But guys like Nolan Ryan suck

Oswalt, Hamels, FS Kyle Wright, and FS Lodolo (for about 5 innings) have worked very well for me. I just prestiged Oswalt too so I'm excited to try out that new card.....
