Hamels, Scott, or Grienke
-
Only SPs I use regularly are Kluber (don’t really like), Hal, and Wright. Other spots are revolving spots. Who’s the move for under 50k?
P.S. I’m on the Honus collection grind and need all 3 anyways for that. -
I can't comment on Hamels, but Greinke > Scott imo. Granted I only have two starts with Scott since he came out yesterday, but not impressed. Greinke isn't amazing, but he is solid. 5 starts with Greinke and he is 5-0 with a 3.24 ERA

Hamels has been really good for me. Some people read him really well, but more often than not, they don't. He has great speed differentials, and if you don't overuse the circle change primary, it can be deadly.

Thanks for the insight guys

+1 for Hamels.

Hamels is the move. Circle change is nasty and has great pitch selections. I had Grienke and sold him to buy Hamels and dont regret it at all. Hes been one of my best pitchers. Cant speak on Scott.
-
I had success with Hamels, but sold him when his price was up before Ducks. My only complaint is his 2-seamer.
I’ve had one start with Scott. 1 hit shutout. Opponent was bad. Looking forward to more.

Scott is never great imo. Don't let the 99 fool ya. He can't throw his fastball by anyone. You can sit on his splitter and adjust, and his player model is embarrassing.

Still the ginormous noggin?
Can’t wait to see a Scott vs Ellsbury matchup. Battle of the Bobbleheads

Lol Scott's head is huge/weird looking, but I have had success with him in the two starts I tried him in.
-
Scott plays very well in higher levels tho IMO
But all star he is easy to hit ..

Scott looks horrible. Fastball is too slow. Splitter and change up are basically the same pitch. And the slider is meh. Pitch speed differentials aren’t there either. Holy frick I’m squashing a spider and it won’t die...I’m legit stepping on it! I’ve never seen it before...

He doesn't have a changeup. SPL, 4SFB, SL, CB.

Thanks guys. Think I'm going to go Hamels, Grienke, Scott. Shouldn't take too long since I just finished Mantle and don't need to save for LS anymore, thank the lord.

Scott was dominant for me in a ranked game today. He’s much better than last year. Felt very accurate.
