Has to be a supply side factor, right?
More people playing thus getting packs.
More people opening packs
or SDS pumped 85-89 diamond odds? -
They have been dirt cheap for a while.

So many free packs with the content today, just means more normal diamond pulls, and most will sell these cards right away. No difference in pack odds.
