Mantle and Honus type collections

When the Honus type collection comes out will the Mantle collection go down in price?

Last year the LS collect got more expensive. Trout went from 140-180
Scherzer and Arenado were around 70-75 went to 100, lesser diamonds increased as well.
this year the increase might be bigger,with the no quick sell -

Mantle will go down in price, but the Honus-ish collection will be negligibly related.
Mostly, it'll be because as more and more people lock in Mantle, demand for LS cards will drop. Slowly, but eventually.

Unlikely. Each team, division and league collection yields a new card so no matter who the “Honus” is this year it won’t be as valuable or hard to do as the Mantle collection. TBH it would be hard to beat Mantle anyway, a 5 tool switch hitter is pretty much the end all of a baseball player as a pitchers dominance unfortunately can’t really be equated properly on game.

Hopefully I can get the AL done by then! I’m thinking it could even drop later because TA3 might drop that week
